            Electric vehicle are making big waves in the automobile world.These noise free, pollution free and high performance vehicles are expected to make their IC Engine counterparts outdated by year 2025. Electric vehicle is a vehicle that uses one or more electric motors or traction motors for pulsation.It first came into existence in the mid-19th century,when electricity was among the preferred methods for motor vehicle propulsion.
Benefits and scope of EV:-
  EV offers a lower operation cost compared to conventional internal combustion engines. On average EV is is 75-80% cheaper from fuel and maintenance perspective,which is an important consideration for many consumers who have high usage.The Indian government is planing for its good of making 30% of Indian vehicles electric by 2030.

  Mainly 4 components used.
            1. Purpose built chassis
            2. Battery Bank(Lithium ion)
            3. Inverter
            4. 3 phase induction motor
  
  • Lithium Ion Battery:-       
             Lithium Ion (LI-ion) is a low maintenance battery.It can store large amount of energy in the given mass.Their lifespan is 300-500 years and it is recyclable.
  • Motor:- Mainly 5 types of Induction motor used      
           1. Brush less DC motor
           2. Permanent magnet synchronous motor
           3. AC induction motor
           4. Interior permanent magnet motor
           5. Permanent magnet switched reluctance motor
Environment impacts of EV:-
   It has lower operating and maintenance costs, produce little or no local air pollution ,reduce dependence on petroleum and have potential to reduce greenhouse gas emmisions.

          Doppler Effect with Ambulance Sound             Lets imagine you are walking with a little crowed road.Suddenly, you hear the distant wail of a siren of an ambulance.The siren of ambulance sounds with a high pitch and louder as it approaches towards you.And when it moves away from you the sound is less pitch. This effect of the sound is due to the Doppler Effect.              Doppler effect refers to the change in wave frequency during the relative motion between a wave source.It was discovered by Christian Johann Doppler.It works on both light and sound objects.For instant, when a sound object moves towards you, the frequency of the sound waves increases, leading to a higher pitch. Conversely, if it moves away from you ,the frequency of the sound waves decreases and the pitch comes down.
